Refunds and enrollment

Enrolling should feel safe. If you start a workshop and realize it isn’t for you, you get your money back.

The promise

If you get started and recognize the workshop isn’t right for you, write to kyson@secondnatureclub.com and we’ll refund you 100%. No forms, no hard feelings.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If we change or cancel a workshop

If we cancel a workshop, you get a full refund. If we move the dates and the new ones don’t work for you, you can choose a full refund or a place in the next one.

What enrolling includes

Each workshop’s page lists what’s included, such as live classes, recordings, printed materials and time in the community. Access to recordings and the community is personal to you and can’t be shared or transferred.
